The new Bentley Continental GT Supersports might retain its distinct Britishness, but with 710HP and 1,017 Nm of torque, it’s taking the fight directly to its Italian rivals at Ferrari and Lamborghini. Thanks to new, higher-capacity turbochargers and a revised charge-air cooling system, the coupé – which still tips the scale at over two tonnes – will accelerate from 0-62mph in just 3.5sec and onto a top speed of 209mph. It is, according to Bentley, the most powerful and quickest production car it’s ever built.
